Went for a mud bath yesterday which was marvellous, I look 10 years younger (not).
Went back to the same restaurant tonight as last night, mainly because the food was great, but also because they served Australian wine at a reasonable price.
We had an overnight train to Saigon last night, getting into Saigon at 4.30 in the morning. Most of the group then went for a tour around the MeKong Delta which would have been better if it hadn't been raining most of the time. Poor Madgna in our group slipped and fell into one of the dykes back first, dreadful but funny as well.
