Had my last jabs yesterday and have a very sore arm to show for it. Had to have them in my left arm as the right was still swollen from the 'flu jab. Feeling really fit and healthy, not!
Drove to Cambridge today to see my shoulder Surgeon for a check up. The right arm (most recently operated on) is going great guns, but he's not so happy with the left now. He wants me back next April (a year after the left operation) for an x-ray and then a consultation about having another go at it. And I thought the operations were behind me :(
On the plus side I'm off to Southampton this afternoon for the weekend to catch up with Bo and Tash. Some of you might have met Bo when she lived in Spain. Any way going for a catch up and wedding dress discussions.
Have finally finished the instructions for the quilt blocks, just have the border and binding to go and then it's finally finished - good job and all as I only have apparently 12 days left before "I'm leaving on a jet plane, don't know when I'll be back again". Okay those of you that have heard me sing are telling me to shut up and the others are probably saying I do know when I'll be back again!
